1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Please read carefully these terms and conditions (hereinafter, “Terms of Service”) applicable to the use of EduLock.io platform (hereinafter, “EduLock.io Platform”), EduLock.io Mobile Application and Agent Software (hereinafter, “EduLock.io Software”), and EduLock.io Services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Majaz Projects LTD (hereinafter “EduLock.io”, “We”, “Us”, or “Company”) domiciled at Nof Hagalil, Israel.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not install EduLock.io Software or use EduLock.io Services. By using EduLock.io Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are an integral part of these Terms of Service.
You affirm that you are:
- Fully capable and empowered
- Over 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Authorized to bind any school or organization you represent
- Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
1.2 Policy Changes
Failure to comply with any part of these Terms of Service may result in the termination of your EduLock.io account. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and will notify you through your registered email address or the platform itself. Continued use of EduLock.io Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF EDULOCK.IO SERVICES
2.1 Service Overview
EduLock.io provides a school device management and mobile device management (MDM) solution designed to help educational institutions enforce acceptable use policies on student devices during school hours. Our Services include:
- Device enrollment and management
- Policy configuration and enforcement
- Real-time monitoring of device compliance
- Geofencing and location-based policy activation
- Application and content filtering
- Reporting and analytics
- Administrative dashboard and management tools
2.2 Intended Use
EduLock.io Services are designed and intended exclusively for educational institutions managing student devices. The service is provided for use within the school context during school hours to enforce institutional device usage policies and ensure student digital safety.
2.3 Authorization Requirement
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use EduLock.io Services on behalf of your educational institution and that you have obtained all necessary authorizations, consents, and legal compliance for device management as required by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) for children under 13
- FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) for education records
- State and local privacy laws
- Parental consent requirements
3. USE OF EDULOCK.IO SERVICES
3.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use EduLock.io Services in accordance with:
- These Terms of Service
- Applicable laws and regulations
- Privacy, data protection, and child protection laws
- Our Privacy Policy
- School policies and acceptable use policies
- Telecommunications and telecommunications secrecy laws
- Local and international regulations governing children’s rights
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from:
(a) Unauthorized Installation
- Installing EduLock.io Software on devices you do not own or control
- Installing EduLock.io Software without proper authorization and legal basis
(b) Technical Abuse
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to reverse engineer EduLock.io Services or Software
- Violating cybersecurity measures implemented by EduLock.io
- Interfering with, damaging, or disabling EduLock.io technologies or infrastructure
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Gaining unauthorized access to any EduLock.io computer system, server, network, or API
- Accessing data from your EduLock.io account or other users beyond permitted interfaces
(c) Misuse
- Using EduLock.io Services for any purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms
- Providing EduLock.io Services to third parties without authorization
- Using EduLock.io for commercial purposes outside the school context
- Engaging in activities that violate applicable law or the rights of others
(d) Improper Access
- Using any method other than the provided graphical user interfaces to access Services
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Using tokens or authentication elements for unauthorized purposes
3.3 Compliance Representation
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo
- You are not designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- You will comply with all export and sanctions regulations
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
4.1 Account Creation
To use EduLock.io Services, you must create an EduLock.io Account by:
- Visiting www.edulock.io
- Completing the registration form with complete and accurate information
- Accepting these Terms of Service
- Providing valid institutional contact information
- Designating an authorized administrative user
4.2 Account Credentials
You understand that:
- Account credentials and passwords are confidential
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for maintaining security of your credentials
Upon successful registration, you will be granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use EduLock.io Services in accordance with these Terms.
4.3 School Verification
We may require verification of your school’s status, legitimate educational purpose, and compliance with applicable laws before activating your account. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation, including:
- School registration or incorporation documents
- Proof of authorization to bind the school
- Compliance certifications or attestations
- Parental consent documentation
5. DURATION AND CANCELLATION
5.1 Account Duration
Your EduLock.io Account will remain active unless:
- You cancel it
- We cancel it in accordance with these Terms
- Your subscription period expires
5.2 Subscription Plans
EduLock.io offers various subscription plans with different features, device limits, and support levels as displayed on www.edulock.io. The duration and terms of your specific plan are set forth in your Order Form or subscription confirmation.
5.3 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your EduLock.io Account at any time by:
- Submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected]
- Logging into your account and using the cancellation function
- Contacting us in writing with 30 days’ notice for annual subscriptions
Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period unless you request immediate termination.
5.4 Cancellation by EduLock.io
We may cancel your subscription:
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- With 15 days’ written notice to your email if your account is inactive for more than 30 days
- With written notice if your account is used in violation of applicable law or these Terms
- For other circumstances we deem appropriate, with reasonable notice
5.5 End of Service and Data
Upon termination of your account for any reason:
- Your access to your EduLock.io Account will be disabled
- Your student data and configurations will be deleted, except as required by law
- Device management will cease, and policies will no longer be enforced
- We will retain data only as required by law or legal obligations arising from our relationship
- Such retained data will be securely blocked and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- All school administrator data will be retained for 5 years in blocked/archived format for legal and administrative purposes
6. FEES AND PAYMENT
6.1 Fee Structure
Fees for EduLock.io Services are set forth at www.edulock.io and on your Order Form or subscription confirmation page. Fees vary based on:
- Number of enrolled students
- Number of managed devices
- Plan tier selected (Basic, Professional, Enterprise)
- Contract duration (monthly, annual)
- Additional features or modules
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the start of each subscription period
- Payment must be made through the online payment system provided by EduLock.io
- Payment plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- Invoices are issued at the time of payment
- You will be billed for a full period regardless of mid-period enrollment start date
- Renewals occur automatically unless you cancel in accordance with Section 5.3
6.3 Additional Users and Devices
If the number of students or devices under management exceeds your contracted maximum during a subscription period, fees will be adjusted automatically according to the pricing tiers in effect at the beginning of that subscription period.
6.4 Price Changes
EduLock.io may adjust subscription prices at any time by providing you with thirty (30) calendar days’ advance written notice. If you do not object to a price change by requesting termination in writing, continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of new prices.
New pricing applies to:
- The next subscription renewal period
- Any new subscription periods following notification
6.5 Late Payment
- Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less
- Interest begins accruing on the date of late payment through the date of actual payment
- In the event of late payment, EduLock.io may:
- Condition future renewals on shorter payment terms
- Suspend or terminate Services and access to your account
- Pursue collection remedies available under applicable law
6.6 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, or equivalent. You are responsible for calculating and paying all applicable taxes. If EduLock.io is required to pay or collect taxes on your behalf, we will invoice you for those amounts unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate.
7. DEVICE MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
7.1 EduLock.io Software License
EduLock.io grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use EduLock.io Software on the number of devices for which you have purchased licenses
- Use EduLock.io Services for the monitoring and management of those devices in accordance with these Terms
You may NOT:
- Reproduce EduLock.io Software (except for a single backup copy)
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works
- Distribute, rent, or lease EduLock.io Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
- Use EduLock.io for providing services to third parties
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
7.2 Device Management Authorization
By installing EduLock.io Software and configuring policies in the EduLock.io dashboard, you authorize EduLock.io to:
- Enroll and manage student devices
- Collect device information and status data
- Enforce policies as configured
- Transmit device data to EduLock.io servers
- Apply configuration changes to managed devices
- Monitor device compliance with policies
- Block or restrict applications, websites, or services as configured
7.3 Anti-Uninstall and Device Administration
To prevent unauthorized removal of EduLock.io Software and enable full device management functionality, EduLock.io offers installation as a device administrator or Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile. By using this option, you:
- Authorize EduLock.io to manage the device on your behalf
- Allow EduLock.io to manage device configurations, settings, and applications
- Acknowledge that the device will require administrative action to uninstall EduLock.io
- Understand the limitations and security implications of device administration
7.4 Data Collection
EduLock.io collects the following information as necessary for policy enforcement:
On Android Devices:
- Device identifiers and model information
- Operating system version and build
- List of installed applications (for policy enforcement only)
- GPS location data for geofencing (processed locally; coordinates do not leave the device)
- Network information and technical data
- Device status and configuration data
On iOS Devices:
- Device identifiers and information available through Apple’s MDM protocol
- Operating system version and battery/storage status
- Network information (WiFi MAC, Bluetooth MAC, carrier)
- Security and enrollment status
- Geofencing status (only when geofencing policies are configured)
EduLock.io Does NOT Actively Collect:
- Web browsing history or URLs visited
- Search queries
- User agent information
- Individual app usage statistics
- Content accessed or displayed
- Communications or messaging content
- Email messages or accounts
- Detailed app activity logs
7.5 Device Data Retention
- Active monitoring data: Retained for 60 days and accessible to school administrators
- Analytics data: Retained for 12 months in identifiable format but not accessible to administrators
- Deletion requests: Processed within 14 days from verified administrators
- Backup retention: Data removed from all backups within 15 days of deletion request confirmation
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
8.1 Company Ownership
EduLock.io is the owner or authorized licensee of all intellectual property, industrial property rights, and proprietary interests related to EduLock.io Services, including but not limited to:
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Trademarks, logos, and service marks
- Trade secrets and know-how
- Copyrighted materials
- Documentation and training materials
8.2 Limited License
Your use of EduLock.io Services does not imply any assignment of intellectual property rights to you, your school, or any third party. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services as expressly provided in these Terms.
8.3 Trademark and Copyright Notice
You will not use EduLock.io trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive marks without our express written consent. You will not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary notice on any portion of EduLock.io Services.
8.4 User Content and School Data
Regarding student data, school configurations, and other information you submit to EduLock.io:
- You and the school retain ownership of student data
- You grant EduLock.io a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze such data for the provision of Services
- You are solely responsible for all information transmitted to us
- You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations
9. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
9.1 Express Warranty
EduLock.io Services will be provided in a professional and diligent manner in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards. Any service errors or technical issues should be reported to [email protected].
9.2 Disclaimer of Other Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDULOCK.IO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING EDULOCK.IO SERVICES AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- TITLE
- QUIET ENJOYMENT
9.3 “AS-IS” Provision
EDULOCK.IO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EDULOCK.IO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES OR APPLICATIONS
9.4 Third-Party Services
EduLock.io is not responsible for and makes no representations regarding:
- Third-party applications or services that integrate with EduLock.io
- External websites or services linked from EduLock.io Platform
- Third-party content or services
- Interruptions or issues caused by third-party service providers
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Excluded Damages
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDULOCK.IO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
(a) Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Business interruption
- Computer failure or data loss
- Damage to systems or networks
(b) Damages from Prohibited Uses
- Unlawful or unauthorized use of Services
- Use or inability to use Services
- Unauthorized access to student data
- Deletion or loss of data or communications
- Changes to or cessation of Services
- Actions or conduct of third parties
- Your failure to comply with these Terms
10.2 Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF EDULOCK.IO SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU UNDER THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT CAUSING THE CLAIM.
If you have paid no fees, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding USD $100.
10.3 Exceptions
This limitation of liability does not apply to:
- Willful misconduct or gross negligence by EduLock.io
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of confidentiality obligations
- Violations of data protection laws
- Liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EduLock.io and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your misuse or improper use of EduLock.io Services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of applicable law or regulations
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Student data you submit to EduLock.io
- Your breach of representations and warranties in these Terms
- Your failure to obtain required consents or authorizations
- Claims by students, parents, or third parties related to your use of EduLock.io
You will be responsible for investigating, defending, and settling any such claims and will cooperate fully with EduLock.io in such defense.
12. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION
12.1 Security Measures
You understand that EduLock.io Services may transmit sensitive information including:
- Student device data
- Communication information and metadata
- Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers)
- Device configuration data
EduLock.io implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect this data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
12.2 Security Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach involving personal data, EduLock.io will:
- Notify affected parties without undue delay
- Notify relevant supervisory authorities as required by law (typically within 72 hours for GDPR)
- Provide details of the breach, affected data, and remediation measures
- Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
12.3 Your Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your account credentials and passwords
- Maintaining physical and logical security of enrolled devices
- Configuring appropriate policies and restrictions
- Monitoring device compliance and policy violations
- Reporting security issues to EduLock.io support immediately
- Ensuring compliance with your school’s security policies
13. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING
13.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of EduLock.io Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.edulock.io/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
13.2 Data Controller vs. Data Processor
- For School Administrator Data: EduLock.io acts as the Data Controller and is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws
- For Student Device Data: Your school acts as the Data Controller; EduLock.io acts as the Data Processor
13.3 Data Subject Rights
Data subjects (students and parents) have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of their data
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to processing on legitimate interest grounds
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent
- File complaints with data protection authorities
Schools must facilitate the exercise of these rights and submit deletion requests to EduLock.io through the admin dashboard or to [email protected].
13.4 International Data Transfers
For data transfers outside the European Union or other regulated jurisdictions, EduLock.io uses appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and implements additional security measures as required by law.
14. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
14.1 Service Modifications
EduLock.io reserves the right to:
- Modify the design, configuration, or features of Services
- Update or discontinue features without materially reducing overall functionality
- Add new features or services
- Make technical improvements
14.2 Substantial Changes
For substantial modifications that materially reduce functionality or change the scope of Services, we will:
- Notify you in advance through your registered email
- Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect
- Allow termination without penalty if you reject significant changes
14.3 Termination of Services
If EduLock.io discontinues Services entirely, we will:
- Provide notice to all affected accounts
- Allow reasonable time for data migration or export
- Delete or return all school data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT
15.1 Availability
EduLock.io strives to provide Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary suspension or interruption may occur due to:
- Planned maintenance and updates
- Security measures or incident response
- Capacity constraints or resource management
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Third-party service provider issues
15.2 Support Services
EduLock.io provides technical support through:
Support availability and response times may vary based on your subscription plan.
15.3 Third-Party Support
You acknowledge that:
- Apple (for iOS devices) provides no maintenance or support obligation for the EduLock.io Software
- Google (for Android devices) provides no maintenance or support obligation
- Mobile carriers and device manufacturers provide no support
- EduLock.io is solely responsible for support and maintenance
16. NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATIONS
16.1 Monitoring and Notification
EduLock.io will monitor device activity as configured in your policies. If EduLock.io detects through system monitoring that a user engages in activity that:
- Is or may be illegal
- Violates the rights of third parties
- Violates your school’s policies as configured
- Is detrimental to the Services
EduLock.io will notify you (the school administrator) of such activity.
16.2 Suspension of Access
EduLock.io reserves the right to:
- Suspend or block access to specific applications or websites as configured in your policies
- Suspend or terminate your account if it is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Provide information regarding violations to law enforcement, courts, or public authorities if legally required
- Take action to protect its systems and business interests
EduLock.io will notify you before taking such action unless legally prohibited.
17. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of EduLock.io Services and technical documentation
- Use best efforts to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of Services
- Limit access to Services to authorized school personnel only
- Comply with all EduLock.io security policies and requirements
- Immediately notify EduLock.io of any suspected unauthorized access or disclosure
18. GENERAL PROVISIONS
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EduLock.io regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18.3 Waiver
No waiver of any provision or breach of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of EduLock.io. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without EduLock.io’s express written consent. EduLock.io may assign these Terms to a successor entity or acquiring company. Any attempted assignment without consent is void.
18.5 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation or application of these Terms.
18.6 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and EduLock.io. You have no authority to bind EduLock.io or act on its behalf.
19. NOTIFICATIONS
19.1 Method of Notice
EduLock.io may notify you by:
- Posting notices on the EduLock.io Platform
- Sending emails to your registered email address
- Sending SMS or in-app notifications
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to maintain updated email addresses and phone numbers in your account.
19.2 Effectiveness of Notice
Notifications are effective when:
- Posted on our Platform (effective immediately)
- Sent by email (effective upon sending)
- Sent by SMS (effective upon transmission)
If you do not provide accurate contact information, EduLock.io is not liable for failure to notify you.
19.3 Your Notifications
You agree to receive notifications and communications from EduLock.io regarding your account and Services. We will not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
20. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
20.1 Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that your use of EduLock.io Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- State and local privacy laws
- Telecommunications laws
- Child protection laws
- Data protection regulations
20.2 Export Compliance
You will not use EduLock.io Services in violation of export controls, sanctions, or embargo laws. You represent that you and your school are not located in or associated with sanctioned countries or entities.
20.3 Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of EduLock.io Services complies with applicable law. EduLock.io is not responsible for your compliance or the consequences of non-compliance.
21. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
21.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
21.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EduLock.io Services will be resolved through:
(a) Good Faith Negotiation
Both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through good faith discussion.
(b) Jurisdiction and Venue
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel. Each party expressly waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue and agrees to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
21.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
For users in the European Union, disputes may also be submitted to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
21.4 Binding Arbitration (Optional - adjust as needed)

22. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR IOS DEVICES
22.1 iOS MDM Implementation
Upon installation of EduLock.io as a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile on iOS devices, all data transmitted to and from devices is channeled through EduLock.io servers, which may make data visible to Internet service providers and IP address owners (though EduLock.io is not an Internet Service Provider).
22.2 Third-Party Notifications
EduLock.io may receive notifications from third parties regarding user online behavior. If such notification indicates illegal activity or violation of rights, EduLock.io will notify the school administrator.
22.3 Data Visibility Consent
BY INSTALLING EDULOCK.IO AS AN MDM PROFILE, YOU CONSENT TO:
- Data transmission through EduLock.io servers
- Potential visibility to internet infrastructure providers
- Notification to administrators of detected violations
- Disclosure of contact information to third parties or authorities if legally required
22.4 iOS Limitations
You acknowledge that iOS device management is limited by Apple’s policies and that:

- Administrator: An authorized school employee with access to the EduLock.io dashboard
- Student/User: An individual student whose device is managed by EduLock.io
- Monitored Device: A student device on which EduLock.io Software is installed
- Policy: Rules and restrictions configured by administrators in the EduLock.io dashboard
- Platform: The web-based administrative interface at www.edulock.io
